The electrically deployable tow bar is operated via a switch in the rear loadspace or by the infotainment system in the cabin. It is sensitive to obstruction encountered during deploying/stowing and will stop automatically if necessary. The electrically deployable tow bar is stowed discreetly behind the rear bumper when not in use providing a clean attractive finish. The towing electrics are included and are also hidden until deployed. Kit also includes module, harness and valance. Approved for up to 2,000kg* maximum towing capacity and 130kg* nose load. Includes a unique trailer light test facility which allows the driver to check without assistance if the trailer lights, including reverse and brake lights, are functioning correctly. The trailer light test is activated via either a switch in the loadspace or via the touchscreen, depending on the vehicle?s specification.

Towing capability varies by powertrain. Towing nose weight dependent upon powertrain and wheels fitted.

RETURN PERIOD

Products can be returned within 48 hours from the day of purchase.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Products cannot be returned in case they were:

  • – Wearables (T-shirts, Polo Shirts, Hoodies, Caps, Jackets & Sweaters)
  • – Sunglasses
  • – Jaguar / Land Rover Pens
  • – Not in a good condition, or not saleable or merchantable.
  • – Used already.
  • – Cannot be wrapped back into their original packaging.
  • – Sold during promotional periods.

RETURN STEPS

1. Call our customer care team on 8001190190 for a preliminary approval.

2. Wrap the products back in their original packing.

3. Returned products will be collected by our shipping agent.

4. Returned products are subject to final check once they arrive.

5. Refund will be made in the original form the purchase was made, and might take up to 4 weeks.

* Cost of shipping back the Product shall be paid by the customer (SAR 30).

REPLACEMENT

Replacements accepted unless the product is damaged by misuse or mistake by the customer, and subject to the terms above.
