RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We recommend reading thoroughly our full return policy for detailed terms a conditions prior to your purchase.

RETURN PERIOD

Products can be returned within 48 hours days from day of purchase.

WHAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

Products cannot be returned in case they were:

• – Wearables ( T-shirts, Polo Shirts, Hoodie, Caps , Jackets & Sweater)
• – Sunglasses
• – Jaguar / Land Rover Pen
• – not in a good condition, or not saleable or merchantable;
• – used already;
• – cannot be wrapped back into their original packaging;
• – sold during promotional periods

RETURN STEPS

1. Call our customer care team on 8001190190 for a preliminary approval

2. Wrap the products back in their original packing

3. Returned products will be collected by our shipping agent

4. Returned products are subject to final check once they arrive

5. Refund will be made in the original form the purchase was made, and might take up to 4 weeks.

* Cost of shipping back the Product shall be paid by the customer (SAR 30)

REPLACEMENT

Replacements accepted unless the product is damaged by misuse or mistake by the customer, and subject to the terms above.

DELIVERY

Shipping fees will be calculated on check out.
